Dec WiN Meeting Recap

Hello Everyone,

I would like to extend a big and heartfelt "Thank You" to all of our WiN members for making yesterday such a wonderful success!  It was by far the best attended meeting to date!  I loved seeing the connections being made and friendships being forged and I think it's safe to say that everyone had a great day!  Once again I would like to thank Adrienne, the staff and residents of Adelaide Place for inviting us into their home and allowing us to share with them and the community our products and services.  A personal thank you to Mary Ellen Gerster for volunteering to do the 50/50 draw and congratulations to Kerry Jo Rudd on her winnings!  Thank you so much Trish Rintoul for helping me out with the photography (view pictures below).

I am so happy to let you know that through our vendor tables, 50/50, and the October Lunch donations we were able to raise $200 and this year we will proudly donate it to Nancy Newton and Women's Resources in Lindsay. The Women's Resources provides services and support for abused women and their children in our area.

Remember we do not meet in January but will resume our monthly meetings starting February 2nd and Belinda MacDonald of Audio Transcription Services will be our guest speaker. I will forward out an email beforehand as a reminder.

WiN Meeting - Thursday, December 1st Christmas Bazaar

Hello Ladies,

Well, here we are again, another month has quickly passed by and our December WiN Bazaar is this Thursday, Dec.1st at Adelaide Place!  The Bazaar will run from 11am to 2pm and, if you have a table, you can arrive any time after 10am to set up.  Lunch will still be served in buffet format at noon.

In order to make this event successful please be sure to invite friends, family, colleagues... They can join us for a tasty Adelaide Place lunch and networking for $15 (please RSVP) or they can stop by any time between 11am and 2pm (no cost) to shop the bazaar and get to know our great ladies and their products and services.

WiN Meeting - Oct 6th Recap

Hello Ladies,

What a great meeting we had today! I always walk away feeling inspired and energized and all it takes is spending two short hours with such an incredible group of women!

A quick thank you to Adrienne, the staff and residents of Adelaide Place for inviting us into their home and providing us with a wonderful meeting place and delicious lunches! I know this week was especially trying but you did an amazing job as always! Thank you, thank you thank you! Thanks to Susan Peirce of Sunrise Graphics for helping me with the 50/50 draw and congratulations to Darlene on her winnings! Finally thank you to Joyce McCulloch for her very informative talk on FreeLife's Health and Wellness products!

Our guest speaker for next month is Christina Burns of the Lindsay Gallery (more details to come in a few weeks) and don't forget the Christmas Bazaar & Tradeshow Thursday, December 1st. Let me know if you would like to book a vendor spot (cost $5 which will go to a local charity).
